Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting Out Of Existence. As a limited-release lifestyle brand, we currently offer exchanges only — no refunds.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags and packaging must remain intact.
  • Email us at: info@outofexistence.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

Shipping for Exchanges:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • Once the returned item is received and approved, we will ship your exchanged item.

No Refunds:
We do not offer refunds at this time. Each item is produced or fulfilled to order, and we appreciate your understanding as we continue to grow our brand.
